Non-Warranty Returns

This policy applies to products returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects or warranty claims.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The item was purchased directly from Industronics Services Ltd.

• The return request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• The product is unused.

• Products that have been opened, used, damaged, cannot be accepted for return.

Return Authorisation (RMA)

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

To request an RMA, please contact Industronics Services Ltd with your order details. Returns received without an authorised RMA number may be refused.
